The fine print
Maltitol: A sugar alcohol used to make ‘no added sugar’ bars. Still raises blood sugar (GI ~35), and past ~20–30 g it’s a reliable laxative. Sugar-free, side-effects-included.
FSSAI: 25 g/100 g · 5.3 g/100 kcal, may legally print “HIGH PROTEIN” via the per-100 g route. New 40 g orange flavour (190 kcal/40 g per fatsecret). Not yet on brand-site packs; single-bar MRP inferred from ₹550/10-pack family pricing.
