Erythritol: The best-tolerated sugar alcohol, mostly passed in urine. A 2023 study did link high blood levels to clotting and heart events, association, not proof, but worth knowing.
Stevia: Plant-derived, zero-calorie, no major safety flags at normal intake. About the cleanest sweetener a flavoured product can use.
